Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@ellie-adelaide.com to start the returns process. Please include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or on your invoice.

If your return is approved, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns should be sent to back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return package, we will carry out an inspection within 2 to 4 business days. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund, which should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@ellie-adelaide.com
